Do you honor the price quoted, or charge undisclosed /hidden fees?

We share the costs upfront with detailed proposals. The price we give you in your proposal is the price you will pay for your services. Once you receive our complete proposal, you can rest assured that it will be the final price – except if you decide on additional upgrades. However, please bear in mind that we have a strict, NO REFUND POLICY.

Do you fulfill your commitments as promised?

Will you stand by and correct any problems that arise?

That’s a given! Our team is committed to your success and that includes taking care of any problems that may pop up while we are handling your project. What’s more, we’re always available to answer our clients on web design/ development, online marketing or any other queries down the road.

Do you deliver on time?

We inform our clients about the estimated time of completion depending on the total scope of the project. The only reasons for a delay are those outside our control (e.g. change in government policy, emergency, delay in client response, etc.).

Can you do the work?

Yes, we can! As a digital marketing and web development agency, we strive to understand our client’s business objectives first. Then we make all the strategies with those objectives in mind. You talk, we listen… then we share some ideas for improvement.
